Elegance Beauty Zone Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Elegance Beauty Zone, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We always send you appointment reminder SMS one day in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

If you do not give us 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment

WE WILL CHARGE YOU.

  • FOR A 30 MINUTE OR LESS APPOINTMENTS IT IS;    €5
  • FOR LONGER APPOINTMENTS IT IS;                              €10
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel: – The client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. ELEGANCE BEAUTY ZONE’S policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Retail Products return & exchange Policy: –

if you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days and you should return it to us, preferably to the salon with the original receipt. We can refund you in full by the original payment method, or offer you an exchange, or offer you a Elegance Beauty Zone gift card to the value.

If the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, that card must be physically present and available when the refund is made.

Unfortunately, refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy, if the goods are not in a re-saleable, as sold condition. As sold condition means that the goods are unopened, are in original packaging with all documentation, and the item and it’s packaging are undamaged and unused.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items.

If any promotional items included in the original sale are not returned, the corresponding value or discount of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy exclusions:

We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange under this policy on the following items: Gift cards, Treatment services.

Finally please note that you will be responsible for all transport costs when returning an item to salon. This policy does not affect your legal rights.
